Welcome to Pan Am Global Holdings LLC (“Pan Am,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our family of affiliated companies, including Pan Am Travel, Pan Am Experience, Pan Am Hotels, Pan Am Charters, and Pan Am Lounges. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Pan Am websites, digital platforms, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, members, partners, and affiliates who interact with Pan Am or its websites, whether directly or through third-party platforms.

2. About Pan Am

Pan Am Global Holdings LLC is the parent entity overseeing Pan Am-branded travel, hospitality, and lifestyle divisions worldwide. We provide curated travel experiences, private aviation services, luxury accommodations, and related marketing, membership, and digital content experiences through our network of affiliated companies and partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using them, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Pan Am.

4. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Access or use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or data extraction tools without written permission.
  • Copy, distribute, or modify any materials on the Services without authorization.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Pan Am or any third party.

Pan Am reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Pan Am websites — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Pan Am Global Holdings LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • The Pan Am name, globe logo, and brand imagery are registered trademarks of Pan Am Global Holdings LLC.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
  • Limited permission is granted to view, download, and print materials solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Any unauthorized use of Pan Am intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Accounts and Security

Some Services may require account creation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your credentials confidential.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

Pan Am is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inactivity, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

7. Bookings, Purchases, and Payments

When you book a journey, experience, or accommodation through Pan Am or its affiliates, you agree to abide by all applicable payment, cancellation, and refund policies.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Processing: Securely managed by third-party providers; Pan Am does not store complete payment card details.
  • Cancellations: Governed by the terms disclosed at booking or within your travel documentation.
  • Refunds: Subject to provider or partner policies and may include administrative fees.

Pan Am reserves the right to modify pricing or cancel bookings due to errors, availability, or events beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, booking systems, or tools.

Pan Am does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Marketing Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications from Pan Am and its affiliates, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting privacy@panam.com.

10. User Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other materials to Pan Am:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our business.
  • You represent that you own or have rights to the content submitted and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • Pan Am reserves the right to remove or moderate content at its discretion.

11. Disclaimers

Our Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pan Am disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
  • Accuracy or reliability of content, services, or third-party information.
  • Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Services.

Travel involves inherent risks. Pan Am is not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party providers, weather, government actions, or force majeure events.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pan Am and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity.
  • Pan Am’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the use of Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Pan Am for the specific service, or (b) USD $100.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of some liabilities, so these limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pan Am, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms,
  • Misuse of the Services,
  • Violation of laws or third-party rights.

14. Termination

Pan Am may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of our Services. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

For users outside the U.S., applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.

16. International Use

Our Services are controlled and operated from the United States. Access from other locations is at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes. Updates take effect upon posting to our websites.

Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
